Who we are

We are a lead design practice that grew out of structural calculation. Most designers add a margin so they don’t have to run the numbers.

We run them – and that margin stays in your budget.

Over 400,000 m² in the portfolio: residential quarters, hotels, shopping centres, apart-complexes in the Carpathians, towers in Kyiv. We carry the full set of disciplines – from site data through to author supervision – and submit it to state expert review as a single package, with none of the “that’s not our section” routine. Optimising the frame returns between 12% and 30% on the structure, and that difference shows up in the budget rather than in a presentation. It is what brings clients back a second time:

One signature instead of five

Architecture, structure and building services come out as one set. You won’t be the one getting five design firms to agree – that is our job.
