Avalon Holiday is a large comfort-class residential development by Avalon on the edge of Lviv, in Sokilnyky. It is planned as a contemporary place to live with infrastructure of its own, planting and recreation areas – city comfort within reach of open country.
The scheme is built out as a large residential quarter in several phases, in mid-rise buildings. The architecture is contemporary, working with large windows, simple geometry and light facades.
