Avalon Terra is a contemporary comfort-class residential complex by Avalon in the Sykhivskyi district of Lviv, beside the Vynnyky forest park. It is planned as a balance between city life and open country: usable infrastructure, the quiet of a green belt and contemporary architecture.
Several mid-rise buildings of 6–10 storeys, all in one architectural language. The facades are contemporary and light in tone, with large panoramic windows and spare forms that sit comfortably in their surroundings.
The apartments come in a range of layouts, from compact to generous family plans.
