Central Park residential quarter is a large business-class residential scheme in Uzhhorod built on the city-within-a-city idea, with contemporary living, comfort and proximity to open country at its centre. It stands beside the Uzh river and Bozdosh Park, combining a green setting with infrastructure of its own.
The scheme covers around 13 hectares and consists of 16 low-rise buildings of four to seven storeys. The architecture is contemporary European, with generous courtyards, a great deal of planting and space given to pedestrians.
