CONTINENT

CONTINENT – a large residential quarter in Sokilnyky near Lviv, forming a contemporary setting for comfortable living within reach of the city. The scheme brings together several phases and buildings of differing heights into one coherent place, with an architectural language of its own, public areas and considered landscaping.

The architecture works with spare facades, large planes of glazing and contemporary finishes.

Infrastructure is a substantial part of the quarter: planted courtyards, play and sports areas, places to sit, commercial units for everyday services, and parking for residents and visitors alike.
