DUCK’S LAKE is a contemporary mixed-use business waterfront in Lviv, conceived as a new kind of urban environment where housing, offices, retail and places to rest sit side by side. It stands near the junction of Stryiska and Naukova streets, in a fast-growing part of the city well served by transport.
Several buildings of differing heights hold office, residential and commercial space. The architecture is contemporary, with full-height glazing and a great deal of open space.
DUCK’S LAKE is a contemporary urban scheme that puts working, resting and meeting into one place, held together by the lake it is built around.
