Fruktova Aleya

FRUKTOVA ALEYA – a contemporary business-class residential quarter in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv, bringing together development at scale, considered landscaping and a clear idea of comfortable city living. Five residential buildings of differing heights form one coherent place with infrastructure of its own and planted public areas.

An in-situ reinforced concrete frame, large planes of glazing and practical layouts give the apartments a high standard of comfort and plenty of daylight.

Particular attention went into generous public space and into settling the architecture comfortably into its landscape.
