Heroiv Krut is an intimate comfort-class residential scheme by MONO Estate Development on the edge of Lviv in Sokilnyky, in a fast-growing part of the wider city.

A bespoke design: a contemporary seven-storey building with strong facade geometry, large panoramic windows and asymmetric massing that give it a distinct silhouette.

Private outdoor space was a particular concern: generous balconies and terraces throughout, with the second-floor terraces widened enough to work as proper places to sit. Underground parking keeps cars off the grounds.
