Lehit. Wellness Village is a cottage resort investment scheme in the Carpathian mountains, near the spa town of Skhidnytsia. Thirty-six cottages across 3.35 hectares, to an architectural concept of its own that settles into the landscape rather than sitting on it. The cottages follow five standard types, each planned for comfortable living and rest.

Construction uses sound, low-impact materials, and every stage is held to current standards under specialist supervision.
