MALOHOLOSKIVSKI PAHORBY – a comfort-class residential complex on Maloholoskivska Street in Lviv, four kilometres from the Town Hall. Twelve buildings of five to ten storeys and 629 apartments, laid out across the slope in three phases: North, East and South Hill.
The buildings sit on an in-situ reinforced concrete frame, with brick external walls, mineral wool insulation under render, and low-emissivity double glazing. Neighbouring buildings of different heights on a sloping site mean different loads and different foundation levels inside a single phase.
The scheme includes underground and visitor parking, play and sports areas, places to sit, commercial units on the ground floors and a nursery for two hundred children.
