MHOUSE – a comfort-class residential complex on Mykolaichuka Street in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv. Three seven-storey buildings holding 306 apartments, restrained white and brown facades, and commercial units on the ground floors.
An in-situ reinforced concrete frame, external walls in ceramic block insulated with EPS, and panoramic low-emissivity glazing. The 152-space underground car park doubles as a shelter: it has its own WCs, showers and water storage – weight, services and structural requirements an ordinary car park never carries.
The grounds are closed to outsiders: play and sports areas, walkways, places to sit and a separate dog run. The entrances are step-free with ramps, and each has a generous hall and a store for prams and bicycles.
