SLOBIDSKA

SLOBIDSKA – a low-rise comfort-class residential complex on Slobidska Street in the Sykhivskyi district of Lviv, surrounded by greenery. One four-storey block divided into eight sections, holding just 29 apartments of 42 to 130 m².

An in-situ frame and slabs with ceramic brick external walls insulated in mineral wool. The terraces and accessible roofs sit directly over apartments, so the roof here works as a floor – with falls, drainage and loading an ordinary roof build-up never carries.

The 25-space underground car park doubles as a shelter – close to one space per apartment. The courtyard is car-free: play and sports areas, planting, and ground-floor apartments with patios of their own.
