SVOÏ CITY – an eight-storey comfort-class residential complex on Heroiv Krut Street in Sokilnyky, on the boundary with the Frankivskyi district of Lviv. One building in five sections, 483 apartments of 36 to 127 m² across twenty layout types.
The underground car park is designed to shelter requirements – different structural thicknesses, different entrances and a different calculation from an ordinary car park. The lifts run down to its level, so all five sections connect to it vertically, and its roof slab carries the courtyard above, trees and play areas included.
The courtyard stays free of cars: play areas, places to sit, a closed site. The ground floor holds commercial units with their own street entrances, a baby-changing room and storage for prams and bicycles.
