Residential complex at 201A Varshavska Street – a contemporary residential scheme in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv, in a fast-growing part of the city that is still forming its character. The sixteen-storey building combines contemporary architecture, practical layouts and a strong location beside the Holosko green belt and Briukhovychi forest.

The distinguishing feature is the unusual geometry of the apartments and facade elements, which made a wide range of layouts possible, with panoramic windows, generous balconies and open terraces.

The podium holds commercial units for shops and everyday services, and there is underground parking for residents.
