VERO is a business-class quarter by LEV Development in Sokilnyky near Lviv, beside the busy Stryiska Street. It pairs the advantages of living out of town with the city’s infrastructure within reach – a comfortable place to live among greenery and contemporary architecture.
The development is broken into five separate five-storey buildings rather than gathered into one volume: the 219 apartments are distributed between them, each block with its own foundations and load-bearing system, all worked out as a single set across one site. DAV Constructive ran the project as lead designer and produced the structural package.
The quarter’s own facilities are planned to cover residents’ everyday needs. The lakes beside the complex, the landscaping and the walking routes make a setting where nature and the pace of contemporary life sit together.
