WASHINGTON CITY – a large mixed-use complex in the Lychakivskyi district of Lviv, built to put comfortable living, work and rest inside one contemporary setting. It brings together five residential buildings of differing height, a class A business centre, commercial units and generous underground parking, giving the eastern side of the city a new landmark.
The in-situ reinforced concrete frame made contemporary layouts possible and let the apartments be planned around daylight.
WASHINGTON CITY’s facilities are planned around the residents. The courtyard is closed to cars, with places to sit, play areas and planted public space.
