WOL. HOME. KARPATY – a seven-storey business-class apart-complex in the Vyshnia valley near Bukovel, 800 metres from the 1R lift. 234 apartments of 22 to 52 m², a lobby bar on the ground floor and a rooftop terrace with a barbecue.
The roof is where most of it comes together: Carpathian snow, a terrace residents walk out onto, and solar panels across the whole area – three different loads arriving on one slab. The underground car park is calculated to serve as a shelter, and the power stays independent thanks to a generator and those same panels.
The site is closed, with cars in the underground and surface car parks. Carpathian forest all around: ski runs in winter, walking and cycling routes in summer, and the resort facilities of Polianytsia close by.
